Adi Shankar
Adi Shankar is a celebrated auteur within the realm of geek culture, showcasing his versatility across various mediums including live-action, 2D and 3D animation, and claymation.

Shankar's early feature film producing work included the Brad Pitt-starring gangster noir film, KILLING THEM SOFTLY, Liam Neeson's hit survival thriller THE GREY, Peter Berg's LONE SURVIVOR, and cult sci-fi sensation DREDD. His collaborations with esteemed auteurs like Marjane Satrapi, Anurag Kashyup, and Andrew Dominik helped refine his sophisticated taste.

Shankar's career took a bold turn with THE BOOTLEG UNIVERSE, a series of unauthorized, viral reinterpretations of popular IPs including: POWER/RANGERS, a dark hyper violent take on the 90's children show, TRUTH IN JOURNALISM, a black and white mockumentary about Marvel's Venom, and THE PUNISHER: DIRTY LAUNDRY, where Thomas Jane returned to play Marvel's Punisher. These “Bootleg Universe” projects established Shankar as a skilled remixer of popular culture.

The breakout success of CASTLEVANIA on Netflix not only pioneered the anime/video game vertical at the streaming platform but also demonstrated Shankar's ability to work within the television system to deliver a four-season hit.

Simultaneous collaborations with Eminem on festival sensation BODIED and serving as creative consultant for Kanye West and the Yeezy brand further highlighted Shankar's versatility beyond fanboy culture.

THE GUARDIANS OF JUSTICE on Netflix showcased Adi Shankar's talent for creating original, complex projects by seamlessly blending live-action and 17 diverse animation styles for a visually stunning experience.

Shankar has also served as the president of the short form jury at Canneseries and won three Webby Awards.

Drawing from over 13 years of experience, Shankar continues to create captivating new worlds with his unique visions.
Director
Mehdi Leffad
Graduated from Gobelins Animation school, Mehdi Leffad started his career in London as a 3D animator. He begins in the video games industry and moves on to the VFX industry, in studios like Framestore and MPC where he will also work as a concept artist.

In France, he developed his first project with Gaumont Animation, taking his first steps into writing and directing. In London, he continues to explore storytelling working on various feature films such as FANTASTIC BEASTS: THE CRIMES OF GRINDELWALD and POKÉMON: DETECTIVE PIKACHU, this time as a storyboarder and previz artist. His strong interest for adult animation, leads him to Bobbypills in 2018, where he will direct his first series: CAPTAIN LASERHAWK: A BLOOD DRAGON REMIX.

Balak
Born in 1979, Balak quickly made a name for himself thanks to his storyboarding talents. He has developed the Infinite Comics label for Marvel and created LASTMAN an awarded French comic saga. Aside from his work in comics, he has written and directed several animated series for adults (LES KASSOS, VERMIN, PEEPOODO, LASTMAN). He joined CAPTAIN LASERHAWK: A BLOOD DRAGON REMIX – a Ubisoft production for Netflix with Bobbypills studio serving as animation studio - as storyboard supervisor and art director. He is currently art director at Bobbypills animation studio, working on various projects including the adaptation of comics CREATURES COMMANDO by James Gunn.
Dolph Laserhawk
Nathaniel Curtis
Nathaniel Curtis is best known for his breakout role of Ash Mukherjee in Russell T Davies' powerful Channel 4 series, It's A Sin. He recently appeared in The Witcher: Blood Origin for Netflix.

Theatre Credits Include: Disruption (Park Theatre) Britannicus (Lyric Hammersmith), Romeo and Juliet (UK Tour), The Tempest (UK Tour) and Pride and Prejudice (Regent's Park Open Air Theatre).

Caroline Ford
Caroline stars in the first and second series of Amazon's 'Carnival Row' in which she plays regular role Sophie Longerbane. Her voice work includes the part of Penelope in the hit post-apocalyptic series from Audible - Impact Winter. Her previous work included Sci-Fi feature 'Nekromancer' opposite Monica Bellucci and ABC's 'Once Upon A Time' as Nimue.
