Eden Innovation Technologies, used to be the most popular company in the country, flooding the economy with Universal Basic Income (U.B.I), presented as a miraculous answer to poverty. In a single stroke, Eden then replaced the government, controlling society in a vice-like grip through a nefarious Board of Directors and an overwhelming propaganda.

Rayman

Rayman is the glossy face of Eden's entire media system, from the Eden Report to the Eden Late Show, including any form of entertainment program.

In his earlier life, Rayman was a resident of a universe called Dimension X. As an immigrant to this reality, Rayman was witness to the many injustices of America and struggled to overcome rejection by everyone he met. He was happy to see America fall—and even happier that Eden gave him purpose. As he is Eden's chief propaganda officer, Rayman's friendly image is seen everywhere. Though Rayman's likeness has great influence, Rayman is simply a cog in the Eden machine.

SUPER-SOLDIER ON THE RUN

Dolph Laserhawk

Dolph Laserhawk is a taciturn cyber-soldier on the run from the government of Eden. Highly individualistic, he avoids problems as much as he can. He is no vigilante and prefers never to get involved in other people's problems. Dolph is accustomed to betrayal and toxic relationships, which makes him very defensive. He's not overly talkative, and it is hard for his teammates to understand him. Over the course of his journey, he will eventually learn to trust again and to stand up for others.

Before going rogue, Dolph grew up in Eden. He joined the army and was chosen to be part of Eden's special military program. His body was cybernetically enhanced, and he became an overpowered super-soldier. After several years working for Eden, Dolph realized he'd been used as a deadly weapon against innocents and decided to desert the Eden army. As a result, a bounty was put on his head—his brain and body being the property of Eden. Since his desertion, Dolph has had only one thing in mind: leaving Eden forever with his lover, Alex. Unfortunately, Alex has his own interests.
